Egypt's Eye Check: Check!

On Friday Egypt had her 3-month eye check up. We have to monitor her eyes for uveitis, an eye infection related to JRA. Clean bill of health! The most exciting part? Getting princess stickers when she was done.

- "That's not a bus, that's a bus!" reasoning to her brother on a car ride.

-her: "I want to sweep."
me: "You want to sweep?"
her: "NO! I want to sweeep!"
Finally it dawned on me she can't pronounce her L's

"I can't see my eyes"
-she says this when I turn off all the lights in her room at bedtime

"Is the purple grandma coming over?"
-not really sure why she calls my mom the purple grandma

"This is Tomato-Head"
-can you figure this one out?

"Carry me. My legs hurt."
-said any time she doesn't want to walk. Usually in the middle of grocery shopping or Target

"Mom. That's not a leaf. That's a lily pad."
-correcting mom when looking at a tub toy

"I can't wear underwear because I have a booger in my nose."
-explaining why she doesn't want to be potty trained

"McDonald's had a farm. Yi-oh. McDonald's had a farm. Yi-oh." (sung in the car upon seeing McDonald's)
